Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- You received the wrong item
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation
Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Software, digital downloads, or services once activated
- Opened accessories (e.g., headphones, batteries) unless faulty
Replacement & Exchange
If your item is eligible, you may choose:
- A replacement of the same product
- An exchange for a different item of equal value (subject to availability)
- A refund to your original payment method
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll be notified via email once your refund is initiated.
Refunds will be issued to:
- The original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)
- Store credit, if preferred
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping
- For eligible returns, we’ll arrange a pickup or share instructions for self-shipping
- In cases of defective or incorrect items, return shipping is free
- For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs may be borne by the customer
